A Serene Snowshoe Trek to a Frozen Waterfall
Experience the serene beauty of Alta's winter landscape with our snowshoe weekend package from Friday to Monday. Spend three nights at the cozy Canyon Hotell, your perfect retreat after a day of exploration.
Your adventure begins with a captivating snowshoe journey through the snow-covered forests of Alta, leading to the frozen wonder of Orvossfossen waterfall, scheduled for Saturday at 9:00. Breathe in the crisp winter air as you hike along the trail, surrounded by the untouched beauty of the Arctic wilderness. Upon reaching the frozen waterfall, take a moment to savor the breathtaking views and enjoy warm drinks and snacks by the riverbank. The tour is 2km each way and it take about 1,5 hours to reach the waterfall.
For the remainder of your weekend, you are free to explore Alta, book additional activities, or dine at our restaurant, Raus Social or any of the other restaurants in Alta.
