At Æventyr, our commitment to environmental conservation drives us to make a difference. The global challenge of beach pollution, caused by plastic waste and debris, extends even to the pristine landscapes of Northern Norway and Finnmark. With Norway's intricate coastline of fjords and islands, the issue of pollution stretches across thousands of kilometers of beaches.

Our decision to be a part of the solution led us to initiate beach cleanup projects in West Finnmark since 2018. Since then, we have been actively working to remove plastic waste and debris from our beaches. Our dedication is evident through the 36,000 kilograms of waste that have been cleared, and we continue to contribute to a cleaner environment.

We have also collaborated with the Norwegian Retailers' Environmental Fund on projects to reduce plastic pollution. While this has had a positive impact, we recognize that more effort is needed to ensure clean fjords and coastlines for the future.
