The experience can be done in four different months:
February
Frozen silence dominates the landscape. Deep snow blankets the Finnmarksvidda plateau. The sun returns with golden light. Cold, crisp air and northern lights above create a raw, untouched Arctic wilderness experience.
March
Brighter days stretch longer. Snow glistens under a higher sun. Wildlife tracks appear more frequently. Stillness and solitude meet sunlight, offering ideal conditions for exploration and cultural immersion on the plateau.
April
Spring whispers through the Arctic. Days grow warm and bright. Reindeer herds move across the tundra. Snowmobiling becomes smoother, and the landscape opens into endless white plains under a radiant sky.
May
The snow begins to melt. Streams reappear, and the tundra awakens. Reindeer calves are born. Experience the transition from winter to spring, with vibrant skies and softening trails across open land.
